<p>PURPOSE:To confirm generation of a abnormality early and surely by deciding if an alarm should be outputted using a rate of hourly change of a difference between each measured value and an average value of the measured values. CONSTITUTION:A measuring means 2 loads a measured data of a supervisory item obtained by each detecting means 1 and a processing means 10 for the measured result calculates an average value from the same kind of n measured data. Then, a difference between the measured data and the previously calculated average value in each one of the detecting sections is calculated. A rate of hourly change between the present difference and a difference in the processing the last time is calculated for each one of the detecting sections. Comparing the calculated rate of hourly change with a reference value and deciding the result, an alarm informing the generation of an abnormality is outputted. Thereby, since the effect of the fluctuation due to the detecting means which is generated in common with the same kind of supervisory data and the effect of the fluctuation due to a disturbance and a noise can be removed, the generation of the abnormality in an apparatus can be detected earlier and more surely.</p> |
