<p>PURPOSE:To make process abnormality more conspicuous in a factory so as to eanable to delegate an operator quickly to an abnormal place by constituting a current interrupting means which interrupts current supply to an indication unit by the supply of a drive signal from a timer circuit to start at the time of the supply of the signal of current detection. CONSTITUTION:When the informing switch 8 of the indication unit 1 is closed by the occurrence of the process abnormality, a current flows in a light emission diode in a photocoupler 15, and light is emitted, and a phototransistor is turned ON. A counter in a counter circuit 20 starts counting by the signal from an output terminal 18, and an operating signal is supplied to a flickering relay 10 from the counter, and a current supply line 9 is opened so as to put an indication lamp 7. Further, a reset signal is supplied to the input terminal 30 of a flip flop circuit 6, and hereafter, the indication lamp 7 repeats lighting and lightsout, and flickers. Thus, the place of the occurrence of the abnormality can be easily and quickly found out.</p> |
