PURPOSE:To automatically perform the unitary management of the latest information of a user file by providing the retrieval and updating functions of the latest information, and functions of the automatic generation, the change, the deletion and the automatic maintenance of the user file. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a managing table updating means 3 to perform the update of a user file managing table 4 according to an instruction parameter inputted and analyzed via an analysis means 2, and an output means 8 to edit a processed result and to output it to an output device 12. Furthermore, it is equipped with a start-up JCL (job control language) generating means 5 to generate and output start-up JCL according to an instruction received from the managing table updating means 3, and a file processing means 7 to start up the JCL at reserved time by reading out from a start-up JCL storage file 6 and to perform the processings of the generation, the change, and the deletion of the user file 11 and to transmit a result to the managing table update means 3 as the instruction parameter. Thereby, it is possible to perform the unitary management of the latest information, and to prevent a misoperation in a required file from occurring.
