PURPOSE:To improve the manufacturing efficiency and to reduce the cost by forming an aluminium diecast section having exposed outercircumference on the upper and lower faces of an insert. CONSTITUTION:An aluminium diecast section 6 is formed by inserting an insert disc 7 into a shaft hole 2 such that the circumference will be exposed. The upper and lower portions of the insert disc 7 are coupled through aluminium member at the hole 9 portion thus to integrate them. A flange 10 is formed at the exposed portion of the insert disc 7. The central portion of the spoke 4 is previously bent in accordance to the shape of the flange 10 to form a bent section 12 which is mounted on the flange 10 and welded. |
