PURPOSE:To enhance separability and to make handling easy by electrically connecting an electrode solution and a migration support by a porous material. CONSTITUTION:A slab gel is placed on a plate 1 in such a state that electrode cells 3a, 3b are removed. The plate 1 is constituted so that recirculation water controlled in its temp. by an external temp. control unit is recirculated into the plate 1 and temp. during migration is controlled by utilizing a Peltier element. Next, by inserting the electrode cells 3a, 3b in a gel 6 to set to the same, the positions of a porous filters 5 are kept constant with respect to the plate 1. The electrode cells are filled with an electrode solution and voltage is applied between electrodes to perform migration. The gel 6 and the porous filters 5 become a proper pressed state by the own wts. of the electrode cells 3a, 3b and uniform contact is also secured. |
