<p>PURPOSE:To detect a partial discharge pulse necessary for the judgement of the deterioration of the winding of a stator and the voltage phase of a power supply by providing the optical fiber voltage detector brought into contact with a power cable, the troidal core through which the power cable passes and the detection coil wound around the troidal core. CONSTITUTION:A partial discharge pulse detector consists of a troidal core of high magnetic permeability through which the power cable 1 of a rotary electrical machinery passes, the detection coil 3 wound around the troidal core 2, the current detector 4 connected to the detection coil 3 and an optical fiber voltage detector 5. The detection coil 3 is connected to a partial discharge electric signal input circuit 6 and the optical fiber voltage detector 5 is connected to a partial discharge measuring device 8 through a photoelectric converter 7. By this constitution, this detector can be mounted without stopping electric machinery and partial discharge can be measured accurately.</p> |
