PURPOSE:To decrease the burden of an input operation and to enhance the operating rate of a layout scanner by collectively inputting originals. CONSTITUTION:Layout data consisting of graphic numbers, graphic data and ancillary data are first inputted and are stored into a memory means 4, such as magnetic drum. An original sticking sheet formed by plotting reference lines, original mounting lines, trimming lines etc., is then formed and is stored into the means 4. The originals are mounted to the above-mentioned sheet and are set to an image inputting means 1, such as input scanner, by which the originals are collectively inputted. In addition, the originals are displayed on a display means 5. A control means 3 makes the layout of the collectively inputted images in accordance with the layout data, variable magnification data, trimming range, etc., when the position to be a reference point is instructed on the screen of the means 5 in succession to the above. The image data are subjected to a page makeup processing and are outputted to an image outputting means 2. |
