PURPOSE:To easily perform the contact of a unidimensional gel and a two-dimensional gel with good reproducibility by simple operation by forming a base material fixing and holding a migration gel into a structure bent between the unidimensional and two-dimensional gels. CONSTITUTION:Base materials 2, 3 are separated along a fulcrum 4 in an electrophoretic apparatus 1 and formed into a freely bendable structure. Each of the cross-sections of the base materials 2, 3 takes a structure forming one recirculation passage for controlling temp. A unidimensional gel 5 and a two-dimensional gel 6 are respectively fixed and held to the base materials 2, 3 in parallel. A ready-made gel for two-dimensional electrophoresis is supplied in a form of a vacuum pack. |
