PURPOSE:To dispense with the oil change for a long period by sealing a power transmitting section with a case, mixing multiple capsules sealed with an additive agent in the oil filled in the case, solving the capsules in sequence in aging steps. CONSTITUTION:Circular chambers 77 and 79 are formed between a differential case 31 and hub sections 73 and 75. Multiple clutch plates 81 and 83 arranged on the differential case 31 and the hub sections 73 and 75 in turn are coupled in the circular chambers 77 and 79 in the rotating direction to constitute a pair of clutch plate groups 85 and 87. Fastening sections 89 and 91 pressing and fastening the plate groups 85 and 87 between the differential case 31 when shafts 61 and 63 are pulled to the left and to the right are provided at end sections of the hub sections 73 and 75. An oil chamber 93 is formed on the inner periphery of the hub sections 73 and 75, and the oil chamber 93 is commu nicated to the circular chambers 77 and 79 via through holes 95 and 97 formed on the hub sections 73 and 75.
