PURPOSE:To promote smoothly the radical polymerization accompanied by the radical formation of resin droplet without the obstacle due to oxygen gas in the photocuring by the radiation of light by means of arranging the stage for forming and the ink jet-head ejecting photocurable resin droplet to said stage in the chamber provided with a vacuum mechanism or an inert gas - replacing mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A forming stage 31 and the ink jet-head 16-21 ejecting photocusable resin liquid-droplet to said stage, are arranged in the chamber 33 provided with a vacuum mechanism 34 or an inert gas-replacing mechanism. The ink jet-head is moved relatively to the stage correspondingly to the information of the cross section slice of the formed object inputted from outside. Next, the ejection of the photocusabe resin droplet from the ink jet-head is controlled. The light source which radiates light on the photocusable resin droplet ejected to the stage and laminated these and which cures the resin droplet is provided. The obstacle due to oxygen in the cure-forming by photopolymerization of the photocurable resin droplet is prevented by making vacuum in the chamber or by replacing the air in the chamber with inert gas e.g. No. He or Ar. |
