<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a low-resistance resistor by calcining a resistive material having a specific chemical composition in an atmosphere where specific gases are mixed. CONSTITUTION:A resistive material composed of 33.3-60.0mol% of a barium- based material, 16.7-50.0mol% of bismuth-based material, and 10.0-33.3mol% of europium-based is calcined in an atmosphere of nitrogen (N2) gas containing 1-10vol.% of hydrogen (H2) gas. When the resistive material composed of the barium-, bismuth, and europium-based materials in such way is calcined under a thermally decomposing condition in the reducing atmosphere, a low-resistance resistor can be obtained.</p> |
