PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of manufacturing facilities of a synthetic resin product with a double-layer skin, which possesses a minute and foamed layers in a body, of this kind by manufacturing work efficient, by a method wherein an opening of a box is fitted with a mold, the raw material powder is melted and stuck to a part of a mold surface side of the mold by feeding compressed air through an air inlet and the minute and foamed layers are formed respectively at a part close to a mold surface and the remaining part by discharging compressed air. CONSTITUTION:Thermoplastic raw material powder 26 containing a fixed quantity of a foaming agent is filled into a box 22 and a mold 21 is heated. An opening 23 side of the box 22 is fitted with the mold 21, which is closed up tightly with a clamp 25 and pressure of the inside of the box 22 is made higher than foaming pressure of a foaming agent contained in the raw material powder 26 by feeding compressed air A into the box 22 through an air inlet 28. When the raw material power 26 filled into the box 22 is stuck to a mold surface of the mold 21 by inverting, for example, the mold 21 and box 22, a part which runs along the mold surface of the mold 21 and is close to the mold 21 becomes a minute layer 27a. When the pressure within the box 22 is discharged outside while the remaining part of the raw material powder 26 is in a molten state, a foaming layer of the remaining part is foamed and an integrated foamed layer 27b is formed with a rear side of the minute layer 27a. |
