OXYGEN ENRICHING MEMBRANE DEVICE

PURPOSE:To obtain air of high oxygen concn. dehumidified with a dehumidification means of small sized simple structure by introducing the oxygen enriched humid air obtained by the decompression of the inner part of an oxygen enriching membrane module to the dehumidification means consisting of a high water-absorbing resin. CONSTITUTION:Air is supplied to the oxygen enriching membrane module 1 by a blower means 3, and the pressure difference between the inner and outer sides of the membrane is made by a vacuum pump 2 to obtain an oxygen enriched air. This oxygen enriched air has higher humidity than that of the air supplied to the oxygen enriching membrane module 1 by the blower means 3. This humid oxygen enriched air is passed through the dehumidification means 4 to obtain the dehumidified oxygen enriched air. By using this dehumidification means 4, the arrangement of the constituents of an apparatus is free from restriction, so a small sized apparatus is obtained.
