Disposable and leaktight ashtray. The invention relates to an ashtray, in the form of a bag which can be bonded to the packet of cigarettes itself, or of a box which can be placed or fixed on any support, consisting of a material which does not burn in contact with the butts, such as a bristol board which has one face covered with a metal (aluminium). The lid 2 is provided on its periphery with a self-adhesive glue 1. Under the effect of lack of oxygen, the butts are automatically extinguished in the seconds following closure of the lid. This ashtray is intended to prevent the propagation of fires when transferring ash, and to prevent the emissions of smells and smoke. <IMAGE>
