PURPOSE:To measure a selective transmission factor highly accurately and stably even if the feed pressure of mixed gas is high by loading a film sample to divide a feed room and a transmission room and forming a safety valve for preventing abnormal pressure rise in the transmission room. CONSTITUTION:The mixed gas is circulated through a circulation course 8 provided with a mixing tank 7 and supplied to a feed room 9a in a transmission cell 9. Even if the mixed gas is supplied under high pressure and the transmission variable of each gas transmitted through the film sample 10 is increased, the change of the component ratio of the mixed gas due to the difference of transmission factors of respective gas components does not almost exert influence upon measurement. Since a safety valve 48 is formed on a sampling system of a transmission room 9b, raised gas pressure is dropped by relief exhaust even if the gas pressure of the transmission room 9b is abnormally raised because of any cause. Thus, the measurement can be attained under safety state even if the pressure of the mixed gas supplied to the feed room 9a is sufficiently high. |
