<p>Heat recuperator for direct-discharge dryers used in particular for drying wood, characterised in that it consists of a box made of thermally insulated aluminium sheet and filled with vertical tubes equipped with helical internal baffles and with plane and horizontal baffles pierced with holes, allowing the tubes to pass through them. The aim of the baffles, both vertical and horizontal, is to brake the speed of the air leaving and entering by the action of the extraction fan 10. This recuperator adjoins and communicates with the sealed cell of the dryer, in which the wood is subjected to a thermal treatment intended for the evaporation of its moistness.
