PURPOSE:To prevent malfunction and oscillation occurring by guaranteeing the level of the input terminal of an input circuit for an address signal by attaching a capacitor on the input terminal of the input circuit set at a floating state with a transfer gate. CONSTITUTION:When change occurs in the address signal Ai, a one-shot pulse Vp is generated from a pulse generation circuit 3, and the one-shot pulse Vp is applied on the transistor of the transfer gate 4 directly or via an inverter 5, and the transfer gate 4 goes to an off-state, and the input terminal A of the input circuit 1 is set at the floating state. At this time, since the capacitor C1 exists between the input terminal A and a ground terminal G, the level of the input terminal A performs the same function as that of the ground terminal even when a noise is inputted to the ground terminal G. Thereby, the level of the input terminal A can be guaranteed for the address signal Ai. |
