<p>PURPOSE:To culture a cell in high density while stably maintaining function of cell in high level by previously bringing isolated cell into contact with a water soluble high molecular substance having a cell protecting action and forming and culturing a three-dimensional collecting body. CONSTITUTION:An isolated cell is previously brought into contact with a single or plural kind of water soluble high molecular substances and then three- dimensional collecting body is formed and cultured. As the water soluble high molecular substance, a substance containing at least collagen or laminin, etc., is preferably used. Though any kind of cell may be used as the cell, e.g. initial culture system such as liver parenchyma can be utilized. Preparation of the three-dimensional collecting body is properly carried out utilizing centrifugal operation or pressure. According to the cell culturing method, the cell of initial culture system, especially existing in high density in a living thing is extremely effective on appearance of high function after culture because the cell is largely injured when isolated.</p> |
