PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, to facilitate waste toner discard and to simplify maintenance by protrusively providing waste toner tubes on the side in parallel with the toner cleaner of each printing station and placing a waste toner box having a side where joints to which the waste toner tubes are connected are formed. CONSTITUTION:The waste toner tubes 25 are protrusively provided on the side in parallel with the toner cleaner 24 of the printing stations 31 to 34. There is provided the waste toner box 23 having the side where the joints 29 to which the waste toner tubes 35 are connected are formed. Consequently, the waste toner box 23 is not installed on each of the printing stations 31 to 34. Since the waste toner tube 25 is opened toward the waste toner box 23, waste toner is never clogged nor caked. Moreover, the waste toner box 23 is slid from the side to attach and detach to and from the toner cleaner. Thus, the number of parts is reduced, waste toner discard is facilitated, and maintenance is simplified. |
