The device is characterised in that it includes a tube 1 having two ends, one lower 5 and one upper 4, the lower end 5 being closed and intended to be immersed in the said liquid, one or more pressure sensors being mounted in a leaktight manner on the said tube, this sensor or these sensors being immersed in the liquid in question and emitting electric signals indicating the local pressure, this sensor or these sensors being connected by insulated conducting wires 6 passing through the inside of the tube then through its upper end 4 to other apparatuses 3 for measuring signals, calculation, interpretation, display or the like, which are situated outside the said liquid. <IMAGE>
