<p>Device for measuring the speed of blood-flow from a sequence of N successive echograph signals, comprising an M-point fixed-echo suppressor (200) followed by a unit (300) for measuring the said speed by correlation-summation-interpolation of the N-M+1 independent signals output by the said fixed-echo suppressor (200). According to the invention, the said measuring unit (300) comprises, on the one hand, NF parallel processing channels (310j) each consisting of a filter (311j), a memory (312j) storing the N-M+1 filtered signals, and a correlator (313j) providing N-M cross-correlation functions, and, on the other hand, an adder (320) which averages the NF(N-M) cross-correlation functions obtained, and an interpolation circuit (330) applied to the average cross-correlation function and providing an estimate of the speed sought.
