PURPOSE:To optionally select an optional function from among plural kinds of them, and in addition, to use them as exchanging them by providing a space in communication with a common conveying route between a slip conveying route and a card conveying route. CONSTITUTION:The space 15 for the optional function in communication with the common conveying route (a) is provided, and an optional function unit is fitted in it, and an optional medium is sent out by using the common conveying route (a) where the slip conveying route 16 and the card conveying route 5 meet with each other, and in addition, the medium is discharged to a slip discharging port 4 or a card inserting and discharging port 3 through one of the slip conveying route 16 and the card conveying route 5 according to the nature of the optional medium. Thus, by replacing the optional function unit to be fitted in the space for the optional function, the different optional function can be selected, and a device main body can be made compact. |
