PURPOSE:To enable enlargement of the scale while the film thickness is kept uniform, by covering a metal meshing with a conductive highpolymer film in a uniform film thickness. CONSTITUTION:Stainless steel meshing 1 having a large area is sintered in a hydrogen stream. Formation of a conductive highpolymer film 2 is made constituted from a conductive highpolymer material by electrolytic polymerization on this meshing 1. This enables enlargement of the scale while the film thickness is kept uniform. Because of uniform film thickness, the inter-electrode distance will become uniform even in case a conductive highpolymer electrode with large scale is used to the positive electrode of a secondary battery with large scale, wherein no battery reaction will propagate locally to contribute prevention of the drop in the battery life. |
