PURPOSE:To construct a control system of a resource by a unific concept by generating the element vector of every increasing and decreasing factor of the resource to show the increase and the decrease of the resource for time quantity. CONSTITUTION:An initial state creating means 1 generates the element vector 7 to show the change of resource quantity corresponding to the time quantity for every increasing and decreasing factor 6 of the resource on the basis of a reference plan 5, and arranges it correspondingly to the list 12 of the reference plan, and creates an element vector list 8 corresponding to the increasing and decreasing factor 6 of the resource. When a situation such as the change of the reference plan arises, a vector managing means 2 executes the exchange, the insertion, the deletion and the correction, etc., of the element vector 7 to every increasing and decreasing factor 6 of the related resource, and updates the element vector list 8. A vector synthesizing means 3 synthesizes the element vector 7 existing in the same time zone extending over the increasing and decreasing factors of all the resources, and generates the synthesized vector 9, and generates a synthesized vector list 10. Thus, the increasing and decreasing resource can be managed by the unific concept, and the promotion of the efficiency of processing and the productivity of system construction can be improved. |
