PURPOSE:To obtain the title resin composition excellent in drawdown in melt molding and high-temperature strength, etc., of a molding by mixing pellets obtained by cutting a flexible fluorocarbon resin after melting with a polytetrafluoroethylene powder and remelting the mixture. CONSTITUTION:A fluoromonomer (e.g. vinylidene fluoride) is copolymerized with an unsaturated peroxide (e.g. t-butylperoxy methacrylate). A flexible fluororesin is produced by, for example, a process comprising grafting a fluoro monomer which can give a crystalline polymer of an m.p. <=130 deg.C onto the obtained fluoro elastic copolymer of a glass transition temperature <= room temperature. 100 pts.wt. pellets obtained by cutting the flexible fluorinated resin after melting is mixed with 0.05-3 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene powder of an m.p. >=320 deg.C, and the obtained mixture is remolten to obtain a flexible fluororesin composition of improved high-temperature properties. |
