PURPOSE:To achieve a smaller size with a secured sealing of a valve by arranging a driving means of a valve body connected to a plurality of sampling pipings, a controller for detecting and monitoring each detected radiation levels by a density signal from a dust sampler and the like. CONSTITUTION:When a suction pump 8 is put into operation, a dust sampler 7 and a introduction piping 4 become vacuum. For example, a sampling is performed for a driver 18 sequentially from a first detection point to a 12th detection point beforehand and while this operation is repeated, a lift of a valve body 13 is set to suck a specified amount of air into the valve body 13 at each of the detection points from a length of a sampling piping 1, a pipeline resistance and the like. As control signal, first, a opening signal with a lift set for a specified time length is outputted to the valve body 13 at the first detection point and a closing signal to the valve body 13 at other detecting points, from the second detection point to the 12th detection point. An operating solenoid valve 17 at the first detection point introduces a compressed air to an air cylinder 16 and a valve body 14 is pulled up by a set value to open the valve body 13 so that air at the first detection point is sucked into the dust sampler 7. dust contained in the air is trapped with a filter 5 to detect a radioactive density thereof with a sensor 6.
