<p>PURPOSE:To surely execute the power-on reset by making an electric discharge loop at the time when a power source supply is cut off. CONSTITUTION:When a control circuit 2 output 'L', a transistor TR Q2 is turned off, and a TR Q1 is turned on, therefore, a power source is supplied to an IC 3. When the circuit 2 outputs 'H', the TR Q1 is turned off, and the TR Q2 is turned on, therefore, a power source supply to the IC 3 is cut off, and charge which remains in a capacity component 4 passes through the TR Q2 and discharged. In this regard, a collector resistance of the TR Q2 is adjusted so that a power supply voltage becomes below Va within the minimum time in which the circuit 2 becomes 'L', and thereafter, becomes 'H'. In such a way, this controller is constituted so that in the case the IC is controlled by the power source of the IC, the power-on reset is always applied, and the IC can be allowed to rise surely. Also, since an electric discharge loop is turned off at the time of supplying the power source, no excessive current is not al lowed to flow, and the effect for practical use is large.</p> |
