PURPOSE:To obtain a feeling of presence and a feeling of spreading by supplying respective signals of direct sounds, initial reflected sounds, and reverberation sounds to a right and a left front speaker and the signals of the reverberation sounds to a right and a left speaker. CONSTITUTION:A reverberation sound generating means 2 generates the reverberation signal of the direct sound. Further, signal generating means 24, 26, and 27 generate the respective signals of the initial reflected sound and reverberation sounds according to the output of the acoustic signal generating means 2. The respective signals of the direct sound, initial reflected sound, and further the reverberation sound are supplied to the left and right front speakers SP3 and SP4. The signals of the reverberation sounds, on the other hand, are supplied to the left and right rear speakers SP5 and SP6. Consequently, the excellent feeling of presence is obtained only with the left and right front speakers SP3 and SP4 and the left and right rear speakers SP5 and SP6. |
