PURPOSE:To produce no abrasion and seizure or binding despite a simple construction as well as to make a shaft torque transmittable in an accurate manner, by installing an auxiliary ring in position between a collar and a shaft-end flange. CONSTITUTION:A pair of auxiliary rings 8 and 8 are radially disposed with each other at regular intervals between both sides 6a and 6b of a key-like projection 6 and an end face 3a of a shaft-end flange symmetrically. When a rotation shaft 1 is rotated in an arrow direction, surface contact takes place between a circular-arc side 8a' and a wall surface 10a' as well as between a circular-arc side 9a and a wall surface 10a. Also, another surface contact takes place between a flat side 8b' and a side 6b as well as between a side 9b and a side 6a whereby a shaft torque is transmitted to a rotation shaft 2 which thus rotates. While these rotation shafts 1 and 2 are rotating, the surface contact is kept up all the time so that the shaft torque is transmitted with accuracy and dispersed extensively all over these surfaces, thus abrasion and sezier or binding will not happen there at all. |
