PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin material which gives a sliding material having excellent wear resistance, frictional characteristics and reliability and is suitable for use in the production of electronic parts such as a cassette reel of a VTR, consisting of a thermoplastic resin contg. carbon black and a specified fluororesin. CONSTITUTION:A 3-30wt% carbon black, 3-40wt% graphite (e.g. scaly graphite) and/or not more than 10wt% lubricating oil having resistance to heat at up to 250 deg.C (e.g. jet engine oil) and optionally additives such as coupling agent, viscosity modifier, etc. are kneaded with a thermoplastic resin consisting of 0.1-30wt% fiberizable fluororesin (e.g. polytetrafluoroethylene) and a base material component (e.g. polyacetal) other than the fluororesin, to obtain the titled resin material wherein part of the fluororesin is dispersed in fibrous form. |
