PURPOSE:To prevent re-generation of knocking effectively by synchronously performing delay angle for each compensation of learning control and of knocking feedback when knocking is generated, and by restoring the compensation of the knocking feedback alone when the knocking is eliminated. CONSTITUTION:A knocking feedback control system of a control circuit 30 judges knocking through a means 34 based on a detection signal from a knock sensor 26. When the knocking is judged, based on the knocking feedback compensation set by a means 47, ignition timing is calculated by a means 38. When the knocking is generated, delay angle is executed for the learning compensation calculated by a means 46 and the compensation of knocking feedback at the same time. When the knocking is eliminated, the knocking feedback compensation is restored. Until the compensation reaches zero, updating of the learning compensation to a spark angle side by a means 41 is prohibited by a means 48. |
