PURPOSE:To simplify structure and to make an image sensor thin by fixing an insulator substrate equipped with a conductor pattern, and an image sensor element to the adhering surface or sticking surface of a plastic film on one side surface of the image sensor, and electrically connecting both the substrate and element. CONSTITUTION:A glass epoxy laminated board is used as an insulator substrate 4, and on the surface of the substrate, a conductor pattern 6 and a hole 5 in a size capable of surround a line sensor element 1 are provided. As a material for fixing the insulator substrate 4 and line sensor element 1, a polyester film 2, for which a silicone pressure sensitive adhesive 3 is applied to the surface, is used and the line sensor element 1 and insulator substrate 4 are stuck and adhered to the surface of this film 2. Then, the line sensor element 1 and insulator substrate 4 are connected and conducted by an aluminium wire 7. Thus, a module can be made thin.
