PURPOSE:To execute the interruption processing without deteriorating the transmission/reception processing efficiency of a file transfer, and also, by coping immediately with an interruption request from a user, etc. by providing a notice information managing area and deciding whether notice information exists or not, etc. CONSTITUTION:A GET instruction issuing means 12 in a file transfer program 1 issues a GET instruction whose object is a communication circuit 4, and a PUT instruction issuing means 11 issues a PUT instruction whose object is a communication circuit 4. Subsequently, in the program 1, a WAIT instruction is issued, and in a waiting processing means 13, a waiting processing for waiting for an input even of PUT completion or GET completion is executed based on its WAIT instruction, and in the waiting processing means 13, whether the input event in the waiting processing is the PUT completion or the GET completion. As a result of this decision, in the case the input event is the PUT completion, it is known that sending-out of data to the communication circuit 4 based on the PUT instruction is ended normally, therefore, in the program 1, a prescribed processing based on the PUT completion is executed.
