PURPOSE:To allow only a request person to obtain information requested from the inside of a vehicle to the center by requesting a prescribed information service to the center, outputting cryptographic decision information to the center, and receiving and decoding the cryptographic service information outputted from the center. CONSTITUTION:A repeater 31 is installed in the vicinity of a road, and an on-vehicle information service device 10 and a center 32 sends and receive information via the repeater 31. A request means requests information service and an output means outputs cryptographic decision information, then the cryptographic service information is sent via a radio data line. It is decoded by a reception means. Thus, only the request person of the information obtains the information sent from the center 32. |
