PURPOSE:To enable an operator to understand the intension of the procedure of output by reasoning the final system first without thinking over recovery procedure and notifying it to the operator, and making up the recovery procedure after receiving the evaluation by the operator. CONSTITUTION:The information of a power system 1 is taken into a computer 4 through in information transmitters 2 and 3, and based on this information, the recovery final system is made up first using final system making knowledge without thinking over the recovery procedure, and it is displayed on a CRT device 5. Next, based on this display, an operator modifies the recovery final system to the form adapted to practical use using a recovery final system modifying means 45. And the recovery procedure is made up, using the recovery procedure making knowledge, from this modified recovery final system, and this is displayed on the CRT device 5. Hereby, the system adapted to practical use and high in reliability and stability can be made up, and also the purpose and intension of operation can be noticed in advance to the operator. |
