USE:A strong inhibitor against thiol protease, especially cathepsin B. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II is condensed with a compound expressed by formula III or a salt of trifluoroacetic acid thereof, etc., in a solvent such as chloroform or DMF according to N,N'- dicyclohexylcarbodiimide method, etc., and further, as necessary, a protecting group of benzyl ester group, etc., is removed.</p> |
