<p>PURPOSE: To remove the vibration and the mass action giving the adverse effect to designed dimension and product quality from a ram by installing a balancing weight at one side end of a reversing lever freely rotatably so as to move in the direction of machine stroke. CONSTITUTION: Two pieces of the reversing levers 5, 6 are supported freely rotatably to a base frame 23 of the machine through shafts 7, 8 and the end parts of the reversing levers 5, 6 are fitted to the balancing weights 10, 11 with hinges through each bolt 9. The balancing weights 10, 11 are vertically shifted to keep the balance of the vibrating gravity action. The movement in the side direction of rotating bodies of an eccentric core 15 and an eccentric core sleeve 16 is balanced with the movement in the reverse direction with the horizontal movement in the side direction of the balancing weights 10, 11 as the same way as the movement in the side direction of a corresponding portion of a rod.</p> |
