发明名称 COMPOSITE FUNCTIONAL ELEMENT
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To manufacture a composite functional element in high separation resistance by a method wherein a TiO2 or SrTiO3 perovskite composition containing at least one kind of element selected from Nb, W, Ta, In and rare earth elements is sintered in an oxide atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:TiO2, SeCO3, BaCO3, CaCO3, Nb2O3, Ta,W, In and rare earth oxide are blended with one another, wet mixed, calcinated and reduced after drying up at 1200 deg.C. 5wt.% of vinyl acetate resin is added to this reduced mate rial to be granulated so that the granulated powder may be formed into a pellet type material in diameter of 10mm and thickness of 1.2mm. This formed body is baked in the air for two hours at the temperature of either 1400 deg.C or 1500 deg.C. In order to raise the temperature for baking process, this formed body is kept at 500 deg.C for two hours to decompose the vinyl acetate resin. Finally, silver electrodes are formed on the opposite surfaces of this sintered body. Through these procedures, the manufacturing cost can be cut down.</p>
