摘要 PURPOSE:To enhance a component mounting accuracy and to improve reliability by recognizing a sucked component and a component mounting position directly via a suction nozzle, mounting the component in response to the mounting position, then further recognizing the mounting state and inspecting it. CONSTITUTION:Before a component 11 is sucked by a suction nozzle 3, the shape, etc., of the component 11 is recognized by a recognition camera 6. If it is not proper, next component 11 is sucked. Then, a rotary table 1 is rotated, the component 11 is conveyed toward a component mounting station S4, the attitude of the component 11 sucked in an attitude detection station S2 on the way is recognized, and the attitude is corrected in an attitude altering and correcting station S3 as required. A board 12 is mounted on an XY table, not shown, in the station S4, adjusted at its position, and the mounting position is disposed directly under the station S4. Thereafter, the nozzle 3 is moved down, the position of the component is recognized by a recognition camera 7, its relative position is corrected, and the mounting state is again recognized by the camera 7.
