PURPOSE:To produce boiled noodle and raw noodle by equipping a boiling water tank and a receiving unit at the end parts of a noodle dough conveyor capable of conveying in both the normal and reverse directions and switching the conveying direction of the conveyor. CONSTITUTION:Noodle sent out from a noodle machine 2 is conveyed using a conveyor 11 capable of conveying in both the normal and reverse directions. A boiling water tank 3 is equipped at the end part of the conveyor in the normal direction and a receiving unit 12 is equipped at the other end part thereof in the reverse direction. The noodle is selectively conveyed in the normal or reverse direction using the conveyor by switching a transfer switch and the noodle is sent out into baskets 13,... in a boiling water tank or into a bag 15 of the receiving unit. |
