PURPOSE:To provide the subject fish-paste product excellent in flavor, eating feel, etc., adapted to the westernization and diversification of daily life, made up of various kinds of rod-like structure with smooth surface, tearable along the fiber direction but uncuttable perpendicularly. CONSTITUTION:The objective fish-paste product made up of rod-like structure with its cross section of such various kinds of shape as to be circular, ellipsoidal, triangular, square, polygonal or to have hollow parts. The structure is smooth in the surface with the interior consisting of fibrous textured product unidirectional along the longer direction, being tearable along the fiber direction but uncuttable perpendicularly. |
