PURPOSE:To minimize unpleasant sense in talking due to the leakage of a control signal as much as possible by providing a modulation variable setting means setting the modulation of a control signal or a data signal sent from a mobile radio equipment to an opposite radio equipment based on a measured data informed already from the opposite radio equipment. CONSTITUTION:A control section 204 sets the modulation based on a reception S/N measuring data informed in advance from a stationary radio equipment. The modulation is set by outputting a control command corresponding to the reception S/N measuring data from a control and data signal generating circuit 2044 to a synthesis circuit 2043 under the control of a central controller 2046 and controlling a transmission section 203 based on the control command. Since the modulation of the control signal sent during communication is reduced, the sense of unpleasant due to the signal tone is considerably improved. |
