<p>PURPOSE: To improve a purification effect by forming one serially connected electrostatic filter together by high-voltage electrodes existing in the air suction region of a fan and many conductive plates coupled to the other electrode of a high-voltage power source. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus is provided with moistening devices 13 and 14 which exist in a housing 10 and successively submerge partially into liquid while rotating, the fan 25 which sucks the indoor air through suction ports 37 and 42, feeds the air into the moistening devices 13 and 14 and carries out the indoor air therefrom via a discharge port 38 and the plural high-voltage electrodes 53 which are coupled to the one electrode of the high-voltage power source 48 within the flow region of the fan 25. The high-voltage electrodes 53 existing in the suction region of the fan 25 and the many conductive plates 48 and 58 coupled to the other electrode of the high-voltage power source 48 are put together to form the one serially connected electrostatic filter. Consequently, the purification effect may be greatly enhanced without degrading the humidification effect.</p> |
