PURPOSE:To simplify constitution of a device, and to reduce its cost, by constituting so that a lens array consisting of plural lenses formed in one body and a shading mask is placed on plural arraylike photodetecting sensors arranged in a prescribed scanning direction. CONSTITUTION:A lens array 10 consisting of plural lneses 10a, 10b... formed in one body respectively, and a mask 11 for covering the part except these lenses, shading light and also executing a reducing operation is arranged in the parallel direction with a platen 1, between the platen 1 and a substrate 9, and on the substrate 9, at each image forming position by each lens 10a, 10b... of the lens array 10, a long one-dimensional sensor 12 independent at every lens is placed in a prescribed scanning direction. According to such constitution, it is unnecessary to set a focal distance to every lens, uniformity of intensity of illumination can be obtained since it becomes even, and also the long one-dimensional sensor 12 can be manufactured easily. |
