PURPOSE:To obtain and insulated cable having a high dielectric breakdown voltage and flexibility and sufficiently high resistance to heat cycles and heat shock by forming an inorganic insulating layer on a conductor of copper or a copper alloy having an interlayer of W or Mo between them. CONSTITUTION:An interlayer 2 is formed on a conductor 1 and an inorganic insulating layer 3 is formed on the interlayer 2. As the conductor 1, an Al2O3- dispersed alloy is used and as the interlayer 2, W is used, and as the inorganic insulating layer 3, a silicon oxide is used. An insulated cable durable for use at super high temperature for a long and continuous period is thus obtained. |
