PURPOSE:To reduce influence of the heat generated from a heated pan and miniaturize a cooling part by supporting the heated pan with a heat shielding plate, and providing a space part between the heat shielding plate and the heated pan back surface. CONSTITUTION:A heated pan 11 is brought into contact with a protruding part 23 provided on a part of a heat shielding plate 22, forming a space part 24 between a top plate 13 and the heated pan 11. The heat generated in the heated pan 11 and a heating coil 12 can be prevented by the top plate 13 and the space part 24 to suppress temperature increase within a body 18 and also temperature increase of a high frequency control base 15, so that cost down by miniaturization of a cooling fan and thinning of the body can be realized, and also temperature increase on the floor surface can be suppressed. |
