PURPOSE:To facilitate insertion and to improve assembling operability by providing a tapered face at the end of heat sink fins to be inserted between a pair of refrigerant tubes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of refrigerant tubes 10 are arranged at an interval in parallel, heat sink fins 30 of flat section are formed in corrugated state, and so arranged as to hold the tubes 10 from above and below. Inlet and outlet header pipes 30, 40 are communicated with the tubes 10, and attached to both ends of the tubes 10. Inlet, outlet pipes 32, 41 are respectively attached to inlet and outlet side header pipes 30, 40. A tapered face 50 having a predetermined angle of inclination is formed at the end of the folded part 21 of the outermost side of the fin 20. With this structure, when the fins 20 are inserted between a pair of adjacent refrigerant tubes 20, since the tapered face 50 is brought into contact with the side edge of the tube 10 at an angle, the fins 20 are so inserted as to be slid. |
