Polypropylene and co-polymers of polypropylene with ethylene, containing 0.1 - 10 percent by weight of carbon black with a specific surface of 20 to 1,100 m<2>/g and modified by 0.5 to 6 percent by weight, related to carbon black of dry mass of sulphite liquors from the cellulose production, killed by peroxide, hydrated lime and/or by alkali hydroxide and of 0.1 to 1 percent by weight of phenol antioxidants, which contain in the ortho-position to hydroxyl at least one tertiary butyl group. They are synergetically stabilized against heat-oxidative degradation.
