BOILING PLATE ELECTRODE FOR WATER HEATING

The solution concerns the boiling plate electrode for heating water through direct electric current passage. The electrode is equipped with current supply and its surface consists of two front and circumferential surfaces. It is covered with an electroinsulating layer in the part that includes at least bottom circumferential surface, while its cover of the front surfaces does not exceed 20 percent. The load of electrodes with high current density is hereby eliminated, which also applies to their premature wear.
