<p>PURPOSE: To incorporate mechanical stability in the electrical function of a printed board by laminating a mechanically reinforced means on the printed board and hardening the printed board with this means, and then simultaneously forming electric conductors associated with the electrical layout of the printed board at a prescribed section. CONSTITUTION: A piece of cloth 10 prepared by processing a CFK-thermosetting resin is subjected to a hole-drilling process or milling process after the cloth 10 has been pressed. The processed cloth 10 is formed in a multilayered body and inserted into a layout, directly attached to an intermediate layer containing carbon fibers. The processed layer 10 is laminated upon another layer 10, so that carbon fibers cannot cause any electrical short-circuiting in the multilayered body but can give electrical conductivity to a desired spot. Overall printed conductors are buried in the multilayered body and, at the same time, consist of carbon fibers which function as electric conductors for mechanical fixation, etc. The single layer of the carbon fibers itself is laminated with a conductive material, mainly, copper.</p> |
